What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our website for an event, sign-up for emails, respond to a survey, register for a door prize, or fill out a form.
When registering on our website, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To process transactions.
- We may share or sell information mailing information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
- To send periodic emails.
- If you join the Chamber, you will receive emails that may include Chamber and community news, updates, related membership information, etc.
- It is policy that the Chamber does not share email lists with anyone outside our organization.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information.
All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via encrypted transmission technology and then encrypted at our payment gateway providers’ database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and who are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.
We do not list home addresses on website for home-based businesses.
We do not share email lists with third parties even for a fee.

We do provide the names of the inquirers for Relocation/Newcomer packets to the members who sponsor the service.
