Celebrating your workplace – Finalists Announced for Big Country Best Workplaces

Even during the most stressful days over the last few years, has your place of employment ensured you felt valued? Maybe your workplace has implemented flex-Fridays, effective training, or great leadership that ensures each member of the team feels valuable.

It’s no secret attraction of workforce continues to be at the forefront of your Chamber’s work. Our area is full of wonderful businesses and organizations that allow employees to feel valued and fulfilled.

In partnership with Hendrick Health, last year the Abilene Chamber launched the Big Country’s Best Workplaces – the Oscars, if you will, of the Human Resources industry.

This initiative, led by one of our many planning taskforces at the Chamber, allows your Chamber to celebrate the stories of our Abilene businesses while giving employers another tool in their toolbox when it comes to the attraction of workforce.
